Prescription medicines are dispensed only with a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare professional.

4. Orders and Confirmation
Orders can be placed in-store, via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or our website.

5. Delivery
Deliveries within Accra are handled y our rider and approved freelance riders (e.g., Uber, Yango, Bolt).
Deliveries outside Accra are handled by commercial drivers or approved courier services.
Delivery timelines may be affected by traffic, weather, courier delays.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Prescription medicines are not returnable or refundable once dispensed.
Cosmetics, personal care, and hygiene products are non-returnable if opened or used.
Incorrect or damaged items may qualify for replacement subject to inspection and prompt reporting.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to Hale Pharmacy’s Refund & Exchange Policy.
