All orders are subject to confirmation and payment verification before dispatch.
2. Order Processing
Processing days: Monday to Saturday, including public holidays. Sundays after 1:00 PM.
Orders must be confirmed and paid for before 7:00 PM to qualify for same-day or next-day scheduling.
Orders confirmed on or before 7:00 PM are scheduled for same-day delivery or next-day delivery, depending on location.
Orders confirmed after 7:00 PM will be processed and delivered the next working day.
Prescription medicines require valid prescription verification before processing.
3. Delivery Coverage
Accra and its surroundings: Same-day or next-day delivery depending on order confirmation time and location.
Outside Accra: 2 to 5 working days.
Deliveries within Accra and surrounding areas are fulfilled using our riders and approved freelance delivery riders, including platforms such as Yango, Uber, and similar services.
Deliveries outside Accra are handled through commercial drivers or approved courier services, selected based on customer preference, availability, and destination.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Same-Day Delivery: Selected Accra locations for orders confirmed on or before 7:00 PM.
Next-Day Delivery: Most Accra, Tema, and Greater Accra locations, including orders confirmed after 7:00 PM.
Regional or Nationwide Delivery: 2 to 5 working days via commercial drivers or approved courier services.
Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, courier schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on location, distance, and order size.
All delivery charges are communicated and agreed upon before dispatch.
Delivery fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise approved by management.
Free or discounted delivery may apply during special promotions.
6. Packaging and Product Safety
All items are securely packaged to maintain quality, privacy, and safety.
Temperature-sensitive products are handled according to pharmaceutical storage standards.
Certain cold-chain or high-risk medicines may be restricted to in-store pickup or special delivery arrangements.
7. Prescription and Regulated Medicines
Prescription-only medicines are delivered only after prescription validation.
Hale Pharmacy reserves the right to decline delivery if legal or safety requirements are not met.
Customers may be required to provide ID or prescription evidence upon delivery.
8. Delivery Confirmation and Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect items immediately upon delivery.
Any discrepancies, including wrong items, damaged packaging, or missing items, must be reported before the rider leaves or within 24 hours of delivery.
Once delivery is accepted, responsibility for the items transfers to the customer.
9. Failed or Missed Deliveries
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unreachable contact, or unavailable recipient may attract an additional delivery fee.
After repeated failed attempts, orders may be returned to the pharmacy for pickup or rescheduling.
10. Delivery Delays and Liability
Hale Pharmacy is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or emergencies.
Customers will be notified promptly if significant delays occur.
