Orders can be placed in-store, via phone call, WhatsApp, social media, or through our website.
3. Can I collect my order from a branch?
Yes. Orders can be collected from a selected branch once confirmed. Please indicate your preferred pickup branch when placing your order.
4. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within Accra, Tema, and nationwide across Ghana.
5. Who handles deliveries?
Deliveries within Accra and Tema are handled by freelance riders such as Uber, Yango, and similar services. Deliveries outside Accra are handled via commercial drivers or approved courier services.
6. What is your order confirmation cut-off time?
Orders must be confirmed and paid for by 7:00 PM. Orders confirmed after this time will be delivered the next day.
7. Do you deliver on public holidays?
Yes. We process and deliver orders, including public holidays, subject to rider or courier availability.
8. Do I need a prescription to buy medicines?
Yes. Certain medicines require a valid prescription, which must be verified before dispensing.
9. Are medicines or cosmetics refundable?
Medicines and cosmetics are not refundable once sold or delivered, except where Hale Pharmacy made a dispensing or delivery error.
